| If you will notice the top text that will be placed on the green button to the left, has rough edges around the lettering that can be seen when it is stopped on the green button. That is because the Transparent GIF was made with a WHITE transparent background.
The bottom Transparent GIF was made with a green transparent background. When working with Transparent GIFs you must be thinking about where the GIF will be used. What color background will it spend most of it's time on. In this case both GIFs will only be on the white background for a few seconds. Most of the time they will be seen on the green button. So it would seem to me that they should be made to look their best on the green background. You can see the Transparent GIFs move in again by "reloading" the page. |
