These images are of the "Tumalo" style home by Fuqua Homes. The homes are factory built homes or sometimes called "manufactured homes" with large pieces that are assembled on your property. A site-built foundation is used when the modular home gets to the site.

What is interesting about the homes is that you can modify the home to suit your needs. Rooms can be moved, walls can be elimimated. The whole plan could be flipped over if needed.
